If you are a Key Contact for your institution, you can add members, remove members, and assign Key Contact status yourself. Here is how.

Before you add someone new

If the person was previously a member at another Arizona institution, do not create a new profile. Email [email protected] and we will move their existing profile over. Creating a new one produces a duplicate.

Getting to Your Organization's Members

1. Log in and open your profile.
Log into aasfaa.org and click My Profile.

2. Open your organization's member list.
Select the My Organization tab, then Org Members.

Editing or Removing a Member

Hover over the person's row in the member list. Two buttons appear:

  • View opens their profile so you can edit their information.
  • Unlink removes them from your institution.

Adding a Member

Select Create Linked Profile and fill in their details.

Remember the note above: if they have been a member at another Arizona institution before, stop and email [email protected] instead. We will transfer the profile they already have.

Assigning Key Contacts

Key Contacts maintain the institution's member list, register members for training and conferences, and are the only people who can start a renewal.

To assign or remove Key Contact status, slide the toggle next to a member's name on or off. Your institution needs at least one Key Contact at all times.

Stuck, or not sure who your Key Contact is? Email [email protected].
