Tracy is a Director of Student Financial Services at the University of Phoenix and has worked at the organization for 22 years. She sits on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Foundation for Women where she is a part of the SHE Leads program. Tracy also has her own business, Tracy DeSoto, LLC which focuses on coaching groups of women on how to get their power back after overcoming obstacles.
